Acute Kids Urgent Care

The Acute Kids Administrative Office is staffed from 8:30 am to 4 pm on weekdays and can be reached at 214-705-1155. Our staff includes billing specialists and nurses that are able to help with questions regarding your child's care, lab results, school excuse notes, follow up or billing concerns. The office is located at the southeast corner of Hillcrest and Lebanon in Frisco.

If you need to contact us from 4pm-11pm on weekdays or noon-8pm on weekends, please call the nearest Acute Kids clinic. The contact information for each clinic is at the bottom of the page. The clinics will be able to help you with any questions regarding your child's care, but are unable to answer specific billing questions. All billing questions need to be addressed by one of our billing specialists during regular daytime hours on our secure system.
