• Billing Information

    At Acute Kids Urgent Care we understand that health care billing is complicated and overwhelming at times. If you feel that you have been billed incorrectly, or have any questions regarding your bill, please contact our Administrative Office at 214-705-1155 Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm and ask for Sherry or Malyndia.     If you would like to pay your bill, please choose one of the convenient options below.

    1. 1. Pay online. If you click here, you will be redirected to a secure server where you can enter your information. You may pay online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. You may also pay online by check if you have the bank routing number and account number available. You will have the option to print or email yourself a receipt at the end of the transaction for your records.
    2. 2. Pay by phone. You may call our office Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am and 4 pm and give your credit card information over the phone. A receipt of the transaction will be emailed to you immediately for your records.
    3. 3. Pay by mail: Payment in the form of checks may be mailed to our administrative office at 4500 Hillcrest, Suite 130, Frisco, TX 75035. Please do not send cash in the mail.
    4. 4. Pay in person. Payment can be made in person at our administrative offices Monday thru Friday between 8:30 am and 4 pm, or at any clinic during normal clinic business hours. Our administrative office is located at 4500 Hillcrest, Suite 130, Frisco, TX 75035, on the southeast corner of Hillcrest and Lebanon.
